Some more creative ways to help the homeless

I was curious what may have sent the traffic over there and found Jackie Dowd’s Orlando-based blog The 13th Juror. Check it out: She has a wealth of info about the homeless situation in Pinellas County and Florida. But what’s choice is this YouTube video she posted:
