No word on if the Smurfs themselves will be portrayed by actors or drawn by animators, but I’m pulling for real people. Ah, but who would you cast? Here are my suggestions:

Anyway, we could use this as a chance to revive a random 80’s career!
I’m voting for Dan Frischman to play brainy smurf. You may remember Dan from his role on Head of the Class. He portrayed the brainy inspired Arvid.
(also, the word I have to type in for security purposes is”smons”. As in “the best pair of tits on that ‘head of the class’ show are smons”.)
