REM guitar ripped off in Helsinki
September 10th, 2008 by Chad Radford in Music newsAccording to REMHQ.com Peter Buck’s “signature Rickenbacker guitar was stolen from the stage immediately” after R.E.M.’s show in Helsinki, Finland last night.
The guitar in question has been a part of the band since they recorded Chronic Town way back in ‘82, so there’s a certain sentimental attachment to it and they want it back.
