John Henderson benefit at the Earl, Tuesday night

Tomorrow night (Tues., Feb. 17th) at the Earl, several local bands and artists will host a benefit show for John Henderson, the bartender who was murdered during a robbery in January at the Standard on Memorial Dr.-

In addition to the performances an auction will be held to raise money to cover the funeral costs, featuring works of art from R Land, as well as gift certificates from local restaurants. Ticket Alternative is donating $1 of the service charge, and then doubling it. The Earl is also donating all proceeds from the show and auction to Henderson’s family.-

The line-up for the night features Atlanta bands Wighat, It’s Elephant’s, Dave Daniels, Can Can and No River City.  There will also be a side-stage, with acts TBA.  Tickets are $10.
