what no howlies?!? that record fuckin’ ruled dude.

  2. Chad Radford Says:

Yes, Trippin’ with Howlies is a fantastic record. When compiling this list I was thrown off by Kim Fowley’s note that is dated “2008″ on the bottom of the record. But after looking into it I see that the release date was Feb. of ‘09.

    Dang…

There are others that should be on there as well. Duet for Theremin & Lapsteel’s CD, Brainworlds’ cassette, and the Facehugger/Pleasure Cruise split 7″ should all be duly noted as excellent releases from ‘09 as well.

  3. crybaby Says:

good shit that noot’d'noot made the list great band even better live!

  4. Nads Says:

    Wizard Smoke FTW!!!1!!!

  5. anon Says:

The Pinx! Finally some love for arguably Atlanta’s best straight up rock-n-roll trio.
