Derek Lyn Plastic unveils new 7-inch

Atlanta punk underdog Derek Lyn Plastic has given Crib Notes an exclusive preview of the songs from his forthcoming 7-inch, titled She’s Got A UTI.
The 4 songs on the EP were recorded at Nickel and Dime Studios by Kris Sampson (B-52s, the Coathangers, Variac).
According to Derek this was one of the studios last sessions held at Nickel and Dime before they closed down last month.

The 7-inch release party for She’s Got A UTI will be held at 97 Estoria on Mon., Sept. 8 at 9 p.m. No cover.
But before that, Derek is also playing a free show at The Star Bar with the Coathangers and Sex Tapes this Thursday night (Aug. 28) at 9 p.m.
