Seafood Chowder, Shell & Fin Fish
Crispy Chicken Katsu Salad, Creamy Asian Ranch Dressing
Second Course (Choice of one):
Blackened Shrimp, Creamy Polenta, Garlic Spinach, Lemon, Herb Caper sauce
Flat-Top Grilled Salmon Steak, Wasabi, Shiitake Pan Sauce
