In case the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and its role in the future of Tampa Bay are new to you, find out if these real estate professionals reflect your views. ULI provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide to bring leaders together, foster collaboration, explore land use and development issues, advance policies and practices, share knowledge, and create a global network with local impact. District Councils at the local community level provide structure and are the principal local forum of real estate professionals.

The ULI Tampa Bay 2009 Trends Conference will take place on Friday, December 4, from 8:30 am-3:30 pm.  The conference will take place in downtown St. Pete at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort: 501 5th Avenue NE.
