Posted by Rebecca Ammon on Nov. 9, 2009, at 9:27 am

money-heart[1]Julia is a beautiful, 30-something with long black hair, large breasts, and a thin frame–a woman who should never have a problem finding a date.  She is not a woman who bounces from one man to another.  She has had few relationships, including one marriage, that haven’t worked out. The dating scene hasn’t been in the forefront of her mind as of late and the thought of  internet dating has never interested her, until now. Read the rest of this entry »

Kinky sex goes mainstream

What is abnormal may not necessarily be unnatural, according to sexologists who study the outer limits of the human psyche.

And, increasingly, as seen in a plethora of new books and films — not to mention thousands of sites on the Internet – kinky sex is getting more attention.

“To badly paraphrase Alfred Kinsey, [who pioneered sex research in the 1940s and 50s, filming couples in flagrante in his Indiana attic], ‘the only unnatural sex act is the one you can’t perform,’” said Robert Dunlap, a California sex therapist and filmmaker. Read the rest of this entry »

The Short List: Rev. Wright just won’t go away

Posted by David Warner on Dec. 9, 2008, at 6:04 am

The Rev. Wright ad that didn’t run — until ABC News got hold of it:

“You can call me Al”: Prez-Elect Obama and Prez-That-Almost-Was Gore sit down for a chat today.

Jay Leno is headed for prime time.

Do we really want Bush choosing our “car czar“?

If you were Madonna’s interior designer, you’d probably want to screw her over, too.

At the Tribune Company, it’s all about debt restructuring. (Why does this sound so familiar?)

A Marine Corps jet crashes into a San Diego neighborhood.

9/11 families and alleged 9/11 terrorists meet at Guantanamo.

The Bucs defense goes missing against the Panthers.
