Sunday, 8/23 was National Go Topless Day, a celebration of women’s equality, including their right to forgo shirts. Festivities took place in several cities including Maui, Miami, Chicago, Portland and, of course, New York.

I went to check out the action at “Boobstock” in Central Park, if only for the opportunity to feel the liberation of wearing just a miniskirt and flip flops on a hot summer day.
