Watchmen’s Rorschach revealed to be one of the Bad News Bears
About 90 minutes into seeing Watchmen at my local IMAX theater, the character Rorschach had his mask removed. The actor playing Rorschach looked really familiar — an unmistakable face from the past, but I couldn’t figure out who he was. Then it hit me: He was a child star. I was sure of it.
Resisting the urge to look up the answer in the theater, I checked out our star on IMDB when I returned home. His name: Jackie Earle Haley. Born 1961. Scanning through dozens of film appearances through the past four decades, I found this:
