As you can see from the subject line, SIP is for sale. The past 13 months have been a true delight, especially the last 10 that SIP has been open. But like many journeys in life, one must end for another to begin.
I would love to see SIP continue to bloom so I am putting the hippest coffee lounge in South Tampa up for sale. If you, or anyone you know, have ever wanted to own a coffee house, well, now here’s your chance!
For the past year, SIP has developed into more than just a place to sip coffee. It’s more than an art gallery, a music venue, and a study spot. It’s a true community site. SIP is a special environment with an established clientele, mood, and product. I hope to see it thrive.
The neighborhood needs it.

hello angela, I am the girl with the blonde eyebrows. I would still like to have my brows tatooed. Can you still help with that? Please let me know. I am ready now to have them done as soon as possible for I am getting ready to leave for up north for the summer. Sorry to hear you are selling.
