Sarasota Opening - Paris Bistrot

They will, of course, be serving crepes, as well as casual breakfast and lunch and more serious dinners. Slated for the Fall.

in a former life, i was a holmes beach resident and watched Le Creperie open and florish. since moving back to sarasota i have visited a handfull of times over the years. their “french breakfast” with its fluffy popovers filled with jam, sugar coasted baguette french toast and crispy potatoes, (a carb addict’s wet dream) beats Cest La Vie any day of the week. i’ll be happy to drive out to lakewood ranch to support this gem.
