When asked for a recipe for an online cookbook called “Congress Cooks”, Larry Craig’s (soon to be former) wife Suzanne submitted Super Tuber. The gist? Step 1: Cut hole in potato. Step 2: Insert hot dog.
Nothing in the instructions about caressing the potato’s loafers.
