I have a garden in my city back yard. I think given the food crisis, our county needs to open the laws regarding chickens (no roosters) and milk goats. As long as no smells or excessive noises are present, home owners should be allowed to have them. There should be a footage setback requirement so that they are not within say 50 feet of your neighbors home. It is important that people be allowed to provide renewable food sources for their family. I don’t want to wait for the government to hand out rice and beans.
