June 26, 2007 at 10:25 am by Lauren Keating in The BlotterOn Hampton Street, a 21-year-old woman said she had an altercation with an 18-year-old man. Apparently, she smoked his last cigarette in retaliation. The teen admitted that he “pushed her head†before she smoked his last cigarette. The teen was arrested for simple battery and taken to jail. The woman refused medical treatment.

“Why would a police officer record himself raping someone and then share it with other police officers? That just seems like a common sense question to me that no one is asking.”
Sweetie, this is Atlanta. No one asks common sense questions, if they can avoid it.
If he wound up videotaping himself raping someone, it wouldn’t surprise me. I’ve heard of stranger, and more violent, crimes that cops have perpetrated.
