		<description>If CL does to the Reader and City Paper what&#039;s it&#039;s done to its Atlanta, Charlotte and Tampa papers, those two great cities are in for a flashback that will make them weep like Eddie Vedder on beaches left black and gooey by Exxon Valdez (CL&#039;s products look and feel 10 years behind the times). To my friends in Chi-town and D.C.: hope you like crapola... because it&#039;s going to be coming your way once a week.</description>
