The guy on the right is having road rage at Joeff for stopping in traffic to take a picture of his girlfriend. The girlfriend has a mouth full of alka seltzer and wants to stop her boyfriend from discouraging Joeff from taking her pic before she spews.
Looks like “Arhec Barhdwin” waving goodbye to his 11 yeard old daughter…. or 12 whatever age….if he doesn’t know how can I be expected to know hahahahahaha
