Amber, I wasn't being "cute" about "legalizing prostitution." I was being "cute" about how insistent the shopowner was about even asking it. She pushed through the crowd in the rocking chair store to get to the media, and then kept insisting they ask it for her. The fact she was even able to get a chance to ask it boggles my mind. Do I think decriminalizing prostitution would "get girls off the streets?" Yes, and I think it's an important issue. Is the middle of a blog post about Rudy Giuliani visiting the Marietta Square and getting upstaged by Ron Paul supporters the place to explore it? I don't think so.
