But it seems to me that he's a great coach and has been a so so GM/Administrator. He has not proven to be a great evaluator of talent. For instance, in Dallas, he went with Drew Bledsoe for two years over Tony Romo. Bledsoe was a stiff. Romo, we now know, is a stud. This doesn't seem like a great fit to me.
