Rumor has it he will reconfirm his Christian vows with an Immersion Christening on Jekyll. Thanks to the "Initiative" for protecting this holy ground. For some reason, Flannery O'connor quotes have been popping up on all the blogs this morning. I have two large rocks at the entrance of my home, one is shale from FO's homeplace in Milledgeville - Andalusia, the other is sandstone from Cassandra and Pat Conroy's home in South Carolina. If they come up missing, while i go out for some grits, i'll know who the ordinary and usual suspects are. Enjoy this piece of bedrock from FO's short story, "The Comforts of Home."
