I don't think you have the spirit of the event. BTW, neither of the sites you mention is big enough to host the festival. I have had to find alternate sites for large concert events in the past and it isn't easy. Honestly, I am surprised they found a venue. A concert festival for 100,000 - 200,000 people has a big enough budget to rent almost any site needed, I don't know how the Dogwood Festival did it. Kudos to them for pulling this thing off.
