She has contributed tremendously to the increase of crime and unemployment in the city of Atlanta. She should have taken the drug money that her daughter had and added it to the city budget to replace the money that she stole. This would have at least saved the jobs of thousands of city employees trying to make an honest living ( something the Mayor's family knows nothing about). Shirley is a disgraceful lesbian that should only be the Mayor of the Gay Pride Parade ( I love our gay's). Lets's not forget that Shirleys ex-husband was also tied to laundering money for his murder/drug dealer son-in-law. Shirley has also been quoted stating that an earlier indictment of her son-in-law was a family tragedy. That tells me that she considered his buisness a family affair. LAYOFF THE MAYOR, let her spend her saved DOPE money during the recession to support her family!!!! The Mayor of our city is a fraud!!! Shirley Franklin isn’t responsible for the actions of her daughter and her former son-in-law. But they are responsible for their own actions, and they each put themselves in the position of being charged with, and convicted of, federal crimes.
