		<description>The only thing that surprises me about this list is that Terri Montague\\\&#039;s name isn\\\&#039;t on it (I called this earlier on one of the CL blogs about the beltline).  Now that the financing is dried up, everyone will be jumping ship to latch onto projects with actual money behind them.  In the end, this may not be such a bad thing.</description>
