When Grady CEO Pam Stpehson isn’t busy trying to hide the fact that one of her Grady employees stole a wedding ring off a dead woman’s hand, she’s a state representative, missing half of the votes in this year’s session.

For more than six days following the crime, Grady’s internal processes made zero progress and continually directed me to simply make a claim to recover the monetary value of the rings. Even more distressing, Grady’s interim CEO, Pam Stephenson, displayed a shocking degree of incompetence and utter lack of any demonstrable executive skill set (especially for someone paid $600,000 per year) as she attempted to sustain ineffectual damage control and to obfuscate her own lack of leadership skills and situational awareness within her own organization.
