		<description>Why is every little vehicle noted as a (smart?)?   It is a &quot;smart&quot; decision to by an electric car.  It is &quot;smart&quot; not to burn gasoline.  It is &quot;smart&quot; to conserve energy.

hhmmm.  Guess I answered that question, but please folks.  Just because it&#039;s small doesn&#039;t make it a (smart?)car.

		<description>Thanks for the picture. I remember you also being in front of me with your camera. I was afraid you were going to get hit.  It is a Corbin Sparrow as the previous guy stated. My car is 8 years old and it costs about a penny per mile to drive. It will go about 30 miles on a charge and do 70+ MPH.  There is also a users group on Yahoo.  There are four others driving in Atlanta with about 250 of them around the US. It was made in CA</description>
