It's packaged with a copy of Semper Idem's 1936 book about the blue book, and this particular copy is one of a limited edition of only 15 copies printed on handmade paper, and was once property of the New Orleans Jazz Museum (inner cover is stamped). Cowan's is a live auction house that also has phone and internet bidding available and always has a great variety of items, especially at their historic Americana auctions.
