He is the Democratic candidate for the statewide Public Service Commission of Georgia whose residency claim brought on by the biased Republican Georgia Secretary of State Karen C. Handel is a major issue to everyone who pays electricity, telecommunications and natural gas bills in the State of Georgia! She is trying to prevent Jim Powell from becoming the only Democrat on the current 5-member Public Service Commission that is, surprisingly, made up of all Republicans! Her constituents, who have done nothing but give Republicans a worse name and continued to cut backroom deals with lobbyists & utility company executives while allowing our utility bills to rise out of control!
