The Internet sucks

September 11, 2008 at 2:47 pm by Andisheh Nouraee in Randomly Noted

I love easy access to information.

I hate how online conversations about topics as innocuous as The Dog Whisperer can go from zero-to-asshole in an instant.

The internet doesn’t suck; people with the internet suck.

The AJC comment pages have the worst people on them. I have no idea why they do not require registration and start banning people.

When y’all get tired of the internet, come Discover Macon:

“The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office this afternoon cleaned up more than 244 marijuana plants discovered near a Macon cemetery.”-WMAZ

This was discovered by the state’s marijuana eradication aircraft a few hundred feet from the infamous Allman Brothers Gravesites, a couple of miles North of the Ga Music Hall of Fame. It must be haunted weed.
    Don’t tell Ken and Thomas.

If you think that level of web-post comment bitchery is bad, just check out the comment section of any blog post about children in restaurants. That’s a topic that really brings out the inner hell demon in some people.

I’d like to see less anonymity with web posting — particularly with blog comments. Full email addresses should be printed with each post. Geomapping IP addresses wouldn’t hurt either :)

Andi you are an idiot for thinking the internet sucks.

Only left wing dumbokkkRATs would think that.

  7. DaleC Says:

I cleaned up a pot plant last week.

And Ed lowers the collective IQ of the posters on this post by an amazing amount!
