Similar experience to Andisheh, except mine had to do with a flat tire and I bought pants, smokes, giant pack of twizzlers and saphire and gold ear rings(for my wifes Birthday dinner, which is where I was heading before the flat tire) as well.

Yesterday at WalMart I:

1) Replaced my car battery for 1/2 the price a nearby garage wanted to charge.

2) Replaced my car's corroded battery cable after I accidentally broke it during step #1

3) Replaced my sweaty, greasy shirt with a presentable polo shirt.

Then drove to the office.

I spent $92 -- 80 of it on the battery.

There's no other store where I could have done that.

Walmart's on my happy list this week.

I get all of Thomas's briefs at Wal-Mart and mail him two new pack every weeks. It's the only way to keep him in a clean pair.
