Our friend and colleague Russell McLendon is leaving us today to work for the start-up environmental news and information website Mother Nature Network.
Mere words cannot express how much we’re all going to miss working with Russell.

Russell, I think you should frame that tree-hugging CL cover of you from April ‘07, and hang it in your office at MNN. Your new colleagues will be in awe of you. Meanwhile, you will be missed at CL!
