"The other folks are voting"? Democrats usually turn out to vote as much as republicans. But black folks don't traditionally show up in high numbers. I think he probably was referring to African-Americans. That's still not as offensive as his ads morphing Max Cleland's face with Osama Bin Laden. Saxby's chicken is a disgraceful coward & deserves to lose.

Without voter ID at the polls, how can they be prevented? Obviously, "Mickey Mouse" will get caught, but would William Smith? Remember we are talking thousands of names from an organization under investigation in about 11 states and recent convictions in two.

ACORN just gave voter ID the best advertisement possible.

When someone is has a gun to aim at you, try not to hand them a bullet.

Hey Alec--ACORN didn't "stuff votes," but a few ACORN workers did. Do you know what their rationale was? They had to meet quotas, otherwise they would lose their jobs, according to the individual who was convicted. These were people who, prior to the campaign, were unemployed and struggling to make ends meet. So to keep their new jobs and continue to support their families (yes, they had families not drug habits), they falsified some registration cards to meet quota. But how would those made-up registered voters then be able to vote? THEY WOULDN'T, therefore I don't understand how it makes a difference to the election.

Whether he meant it or not, Saxby does not deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Can Georgians really trust a man named Saxby?

Gimme a break, Alec. I agree with Thomas in that he may not be talking about black folks. But he's clearly alluding to early voters, which appeared to be skewed both in color and likely party affiliation, neither of which match Saxby's.

We all know voter fraud will be the right's rallying cry on Nov. 5 and we'll all spend precious time listening to bloviators bloviate. But in the end, it's not the votes of Dallas Cowboy linemen and cartoon characters (votes that will never be cast, by the way) that have vanquished your dear Republicans, it's eight years of disastrous decisions and failed policies and the sooner you own it, the better you'll feel.

I think Chambliss may have been referring to ACORN.

The media barrage continues focus on Obama and dimnish McCain and they want to vote FOR us- and the polls are skewed toward Obama- just as the media has been from the start.

They want to discourage McCain-Palin supporters from even showing up and voting.
So- don't let them influence or dishearten you.
VOTE McCain-Palin on Tuesday and prove them all resoundingly WRONG.
And with ACORN stuffing the ballot boxes and committing voter fraud throughout the nation, every VOTE COUNTS.
So please don't throw away your vote on a write-in candidate like Hillary, Huckabee, Nader, Paul, Barr, Romney or Baldwin.
It's a 2 party race- and it will either be McCain or Obama on Election Day- so go to the polls and BRING YOUR LIKE-MINDED FRIENDS.
We cannot afford to have this Election stolen from us- by the media, the polls or ACORN !
