I am VERY sad about Ken’s firing, particularly in light of the fact that he lost his job because he chose to stand up for his staff.

As if this town could afford another one, it seems as though we have one more highly-talented editor that’s out of work today. That is a damn shame.

Way to suck, CL. No offense to my friends who still work there and produce high-quality journalism but Ken’s dismissal is another sign that Ben Eason and the CL mothership doesn’t give two shits about editorial quality.

And while I’m at it, will someone please do something about this poorly designed, difficult to navigate web site? For a company that supposedly believes its future is online, your web site is a joke. F’in A.
