Coke-killers come to town
April 20, 2009 at 4:13 pm by Scott Henry in NewsThe Atlanta Bidness Chronicle is reporting that the charmingly named Campaign to Stop Killer Coke will breeze into Atlanta this week with a mobile billboard truck that directs viewers to online accusations linking the soft-drink giant to the murders of third-world union activists and other alleged crimes against humanity.
Sez the ABC:
One billboard says “Unthinkable! Undrinkable! Murders in Colombia, Child Labor in El Salvador, Stealing and Polluting Water in India, El Salvador and Mexico.” A second billboard says “Killer-Cola: The Drink that Represses!”
Word is, the billboard truck will be driven by Cheryl “Pepsii” Riley. (Rimshot, please.)
