		<description>While we&#039;re at it, why don&#039;t we privatize GA 400 and the Perimeter so that the ENTIRE cost of its maintenance can be paid for by those using it through tolls.

Honestly, its as if Georgia has used up ALL of its visionary leadership in the last century.  The state government today seems stuck in the 1980&#039;s when we thought that widening roads and sprawling as far as the eye can see was the way to prosperity.  Is it any wonder that the metro has had trouble attracting high paying jobs this decade?</description>
