I don't blame 'ya. In any case, had he come out as Commish and started supporting the regional proposal, it would've been a stunning reversal. Not only has he been a proponent of the statewide approach, he's been THE proponent of the statewide approach. If nothing else, his heel-digging was a major cause of the legislature doing nothing on transportation. Yeah… I don’t blame ‘ya.
