		<description>It&#039;s amazing and great that Notrica has this ability to grab these unique properties and keep them from being torn down. At the same time it&#039;s a shame that he can&#039;t find anyone to take over these properties - renters, etc, that would understand and respect the history while helping these buildings thrive and not be vacant.

Personally I think it would be great if the Ace Hotel group took over. They&#039;ve done a great job with older buildings in other cities. They would keep important elements to the Clermont intact - structural, historical and novel such as the Lounge below.</description>
