StoryCorps, the national oral history project, to begin recording in Atlanta this month
November 5, 2009 at 12:02 pm by Kelli Goldman in NewsStoryCorps, a national oral history project that documents stories of everyday people, will be recording in partnership with Atlanta public radio station, 90.1 (WABE-FM), launching its newest StoryBooth on Oct. 22. Interviews have already been collected from over 50,000 Americans in all 50 states. During StoryCorps’ year in Atlanta, it will record stories and life experiences from about 1,500 local residents.
