Don’t get us wrong, we take our job of highlighting the best of the city seriously. But equally important is shining the spotlight on those Atlantans who just can’t seem to get it right. Today being 11/11, we offer you the 11 Least Influential. From a police chief who can’t convince residents of decreasing crime to a quarterback who can’t maximize penetration, our annual list points out the lows … and lows … of 2009.
