Roy Barnes rolls out second TV ad
Democratic gubernatorial hopeful hits special-interest tax breaks, Go Fish! program
Just days after showing the world his assets, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Roy Barnes has unveiled another TV ad. In it, the former governor rips into tax breaks for corporations and Go Fish!, Gov. Sonny Perdue’s boat-ramp program that has become the Rodney Dangerfield of political initiatives.
The 30-second spot is Barnes’ second in the last two weeks. Like the last commercial, it’ll appear in areas outside metro Atlanta. Unlike the last one, he’s sitting on a porch, where Southern people go to be honest. Let’s watch together, like upstanding, hardworking Georgians.
