Stephen Marley, son of reggae legend Bob Marley, performed to a full house Friday night at the Roxy in support of his new album, Mind Control. The five-time Grammy winner’s performance not only included his own new material, but also his father’s timeless reggae classics. Marley’s nine-member band was later joined by Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, who performed some of his own original songs. A third generation of the Marley family also took part in the performance: Stephen Marley’s son Jeremiah had his own place on stage, dancing and waving the Jamaican flag throughout the show.
