I loved the old dirty 14th St location and have only been to the new 10th St restaurant 2x. Chinese Buddha was always great, cheap, veg. Chinese. If it is the same owners, I'd hate to see this turn all "Mu Lan". Did Chinese Buddha change owners or concepts????
