		<description>In Atlanta, I don&#039;t think an independent restaurant driven by RB&#039;s  food will ever fly.  (Just not enough of the right audience)  He&#039;s given it some great shots--  But, if he were to setup in a new luxury / boutique hotel&#039;s lounge / bistro-  there would hopefully be enough of a rotating audience for him to stay and thrive.</description>
