I thought the reason the wine industry was embracing screw tops and plastic cork was *because* the cork forests are endangered. I thought it was a "save the cork" strategy to use alternatives. Andisheh, you should definitely try Walmart's Oak Leaf wines, I much prefer the nose on their Pinot Grigio to the Chuck family. Perhaps a side-by-side tasting with some fine cheeses? Hmmm.
