Noni’s opening this week…or next
July 16th, 2008 by Cliff Bostock in RestaurantsNoni’s, an Italian deli and bar, is opening soon at 357 Edgewood Ave. I talked briefly to owner Matt Rupert on Tuesday evening. He told me he hopes to be open Friday, pending approval by the usual city inspectors during the next few days.
He’s also awaiting final approval of his liquor license and says he will not open until he has it in hand. So, it could be next week before Noni’s opens. Call ahead (404-915-8679) before heading there.

Cliff – I noticed that Zuffy’s (inverted Fuzzy’s?) – A Joe Dale Restaurant is opening near the old Fuzzy’s location on Buford Highway at Corporate Drive (across from The Pony – strip clubs are great points of reference. Got any info on this?

The website says the place is going to be open in 2:30 am. That’s a crazy neighborhood at night.
Menu looks good though, love the fact that they have carbonara.
