		<description>I agree. When I visited Parish, I went knowing that others had said the place was very noisy. I hate noise, so I went early. Sure enough, as the meal went on, the noise level picked up - a lot. I looked about to see if the usual culprit was there: lousy sound-proofing in the interior. But I also noticed the group of twenty-somethings at the bar who were carrying on as if they were at, well, a bar. Loud laughing and talking to the point of screaming, all while only several feet from where others were trying to enjoy a nice restaurant meal. I would never do that, but these people seemed to think it acceptable and it was they who were making the place intolerably loud for the rest of us.</description>
