Imperial Fez debuts $25, 5-course dinner
October 6th, 2008 by Cliff Bostock in RestaurantsThe recession — or whatever you choose to call it — has prompted at least one Atlanta restaurant to announce a great bargain:
The Imperial Fez Moroccan Restaurant (2285 Peachtree Rd., 404-351-0870) is now accommodating the economic crisis by making their menu affordable, starting at $25 per person for a complete five-course dinner. They continue featuring belly dancing nightly. The new days of operation are 6-11 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. They are closed Sunday and Monday, except for private events.

Though I love a deal, I find advertising specials due to recession, economic crisis, and financial armageddon, more of a turn off. It reminds me of the situation and says “Stay Home”
Now if places promote a “$25 special- Just because you’re totally awesome!” I might be more inclined to try it.

All that wine and you need positive spin too?
And I guess you missed the magic words: “BELLY DANCING”.

Buckhead Life Group is also doing a similar promotion with a $29 three course meal at any of the restaurants in the group this week and next. They did this at the beginning of the summer and I loved it. You cannot beat $29 for a great dinner at Chops or Bluepointe or Kyma.
