Did VINE go downhill under new management, or just never make it out from under its old reputation?
Their pairing shocked me in their Riding Dirty entry. They also brought out 2 other non-entries that were out of left-field but worked so f-n well.
With my limited experience, their failure was not from a lack of talent.
