		<description>The restaurant was called Ben Chow (probably not spelled right, but that is how it was pronounced). I believe the chef is now associated with Au Rendezvous on Windsor in the Brookhaven/Lynwood park area. The (caucasian) husband ran the front of the house and his Vietnamese wife ran the kitchen. I seemed to remember a story about growing up in a family that cooked in the French Embassy at Saigon. Food was very good - quirky and cheap.</description>
