With a goal to raise $1 million, funds will benefit children’s hospitals and other charities throughout the U.S. Also known as Mardi Gras or Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Day has been celebrated for centuries in England, with a tradition and lore all its own.*
Why: For every delicious short stack of pancakes served on National Pancake Day, IHOP guests are invited to make a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network program at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
When: Tuesday, February 24, 2009, 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Where: At participating IHOP restaurants in the Atlanta area.
